I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with super clean rooms and facilities. The staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tram stop that took me directly into the city center. there were plenty of local shops and amenities nearby.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impressive - from the beautifully presented breakfasts to the tasteful and well-equipped rooms. Secondly, the location was convenient, with easy access to the center of the city via tram or bus. Lastly, the staff, particularly Mario, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I also loved the cute balcony overlooking the beautifully kept garden.
